Clicker launches new AAC App

Clicker have launched a new iPad app for non-verbal students. Clicker Communicator is a child-friendly app that gives a voice to pupils who have speech difficulties. In addition to its communication function, Clicker Communicator offers a range of curriculum resources so every student can take an active part in the classroom. It offers PCS and Widgit symbols in addition to its built-in core symbol and picture library.

  1. This looks like a fantastic app which allows pupils who have Speech, Language and Communication Needs(SLCN) to have a voice and hence communicate with their teachers and class, enabling them to actively participate in the classroom whilst improving their self-confidence and self-esteem.
